The department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) is recognized for its high quality of education and provides state of the art computing facilities to the students. Students have the opportunity to truly reach to their fullest potential. Our students collaborate to solve real-world problems on a daily basis and can take the lessons learned in the classroom with them for career employment.
Our energetic, innovative and multidisciplinary faculty is committed to excellence in teaching at the leading edge of engineering. We offer a student-centered environment with lots of personal attention from faculty that take the time to work with students. The department has low student-faculty ratio and students are having excellent interaction with dedicated faculty members.
We have collaborations with vibrant national computer companies. We promote active industry-institute collaboration by identifying areas of interest and taking part in sponsored research projects and consultancy services.
Students can feel the sense of community, diversity and intellectual vigor during their stay in the department.

Mission
Our Mission is to Educate and Train Computer Science Engineering Students to enable them to face the Global competition and to install high patterns of Discipline & Ethics with the help of State of the Art Infrastructure, Committed & Involved Management and Dedicated Faculty Members.
Programme Outcomes
The Programme Outcomes refer to skills that a course imparts to the students. For the course of Computer Science & Engineering, these are:
- An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics science to Computer Engineering.
- An ability to design algorithms and develop computer programs, as well as to analyze and interpret data.
- An ability to design a software architecture to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, ethical and sustainability.
- An ability to function on multidisciplinary teams.
- An ability to identify, formulate, and solve Computer Engineering problems.
- An understanding of professional and ethical responsibility.
- An ability to communicate effectively.
- The broad education necessary to understand the impact of Computer Engineering solutions in a global, economic, environmental, and societal context.
- Recognition of the need for, and an ability to engage in life – long learning.
- Knowledge of contemporary issues.
- An ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern Computer Engineering tools necessary for Computer Engineering practice.
